haiz...red cross again...today footdrill for 45 min den learning knot and lashing and so on...den briefing and playing games....rashidah ma'am need to do fourfit so does glenn and pan zi....after that,mr lee,take all video of uniform groups for this year seconary 4 express and seconcary 5 NA.i will post more the next time...

gonig to checkpoint at about 9 to 10plus.Went for our dinner,buying chewing gums.reach 'hotel' at 12.30. i went to bed at about 2 to 3am.
